Leo (Todd) Clark
Alderman Todd Clark was appointed to the City Council in May, 2017. He is married to Patti and they have two children, Candice and Emily. He is also a Momence Firefighter, and enjoys spending time with family and friends. Todd is Chairman of the Streets and Alleys Committee, and a member of the Police and Local Improvement Committees.
