Cart annually, during themonth ofMayof each year. The fee for registration is Twenty-
five dollars ($25.00)Dollars paid to theCityCollectorsOffice at CityHall. Proof of
insurance is required to register.
SECTION 3: The provisions and sections of this ordinance shall be deemed separable
and the invalidityof anyportion of this ordinance shall not affect the
validityof the remainder.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage,
adoption, and publication as required by law.
