Porter called for amotion to allowAldermanDenton toattendelectronically because of employment
purposes. AldermanKupferermade amotion to allowAldermanDenton toattend tonight'sCouncil
meetingelectronically. AldermanMetz seconded themotionwithAldermanNovaMetz, Steele,
Kupferer, Cook, Lesyna and JohnMetz voting yes. Mayor Porter declaredAldermanDenton
present.

AldermanCookmadeamotion toapprove theRegular Sessionminutes of the July 15, 2013,
Council Meetingwith the following correction: ChangeonPage twoof Ordinance#762 to
Ordinance #767 (issuedwrongnumber). AldermanNovaMetz seconded themotionwithAldermen
Denton, NovaMetz, Steele, Kupferer, Cook, Lesyna and JohnMetz voting yes.
APPROVALOFTHEBILLS
The billswerediscussed at tonight'sBudget andFinanceCommitteeMeeting. Alderman
Lesynamade amotion to approve the bills for payment. AldermanKupferer seconded themotion
withAldermenNovaMetz, Steele, Kupferer, Cook, Lesyna and JohnMetz voting yes. Alderman
Dentonpassed.
