ZoningBoardof Appeals next recommendation is regardingLocust andSecondStreet church
(Churchof theGoodShepherd). Boarddid recommend variance for property request. The church is no
longer able toaffordan individual pastor for congregationand thereforeno longer has use for thehouse.

School’s request for noparkingonWest FourthStreet. RangeSchool has changed thedropoff
andpick upat the school and they are seeking, for safety purposes, to closeparkingaccess on thenorth
sideof FourthStreet fromDixieHighway toPine street for buses todropoff students from 7:00A.M. –
8:30A.M. and thenpick them up from 2:00P.M. - 3:30P.M., when school is in session. It was requested
that Mayor Porter suggest toRangeprincipal to speak to churchpersonnel about concerns of closing the
North sideofWest FourthStreet.
