behind homewith expired tags andgrass growingaround it. This issuewill be looked into.
AldermanNovaMetz then stated that thewater tower onRiver Street is almost done beingpainted.

Alderman Lesynamade amotion to pass anordinance regulating the size andweight of vehicles.
AldermanKupferer seconded themotionwithAldermenDenton, Navratil, NovaMetz, Steele,
Kupferer, Cook, Lesyna and JohnMetz voting yes. Ordinance# 796.
AldermanLesyna: Discuss and voteonDowntownSidewalkDiningOrdinance. Flexibility in
changingend time from 10 p.m. to11 p.m. was discussed. Alderman Lesynamade amotion to
pass anordinance concerning sidewalk diningareaswith a change in closing time from 10p.m. to
11p.m. AldermanCook seconded themotionwithAldermenDenton, Kupferer, Cook andLesyna
voting yes andAldermenNavratil, NovaMetz, Steele and JohnMetz votingno. Mayor broke the tie
with a yes vote. Ordinance# 797.
Alderman JohnMetz stated that there is a property onwest River Street that has been
abandoned and the grass is getting tall. Tobe looked into. There is also aStreet light at River and
