These floods took out 1/3of their operation; they are asking that Baker andTaylor be included in the
plans to fixwhatever the problem is.

no repairs arebeingmade. Chief wants support of this board to issue citations. AldermanSteele
asked, what benefit does this company have to theCity (no sales tax, tearingup roads)? Free
permits are given if withinEnterpriseZone. Nothing is beingdoneby the company. Potentially put
cameras out to chargedrivers. Ordinanceenforcements cannot write the company anordinance
citation for thedrivers damagingproperties; it is the truck drivers’ responsibility. Ordinance states it
