JohnMetz present. Alsopresent wasMayor Mick Porter.
Mayor Porter requestedamotion toallowAldermanStraley to attend themeeting via teleconference
becauseof work obligations. AldermanKupferermade amotion to allowAldermanStraley toattend the
meeting via teleconference. AldermanNovaMetz seconded themotion. Motion carriedwith 7 ayes 0 nays.
Mayor Porter declaredAldermanStraley present. Roll was then called forAldermanStraley as present
APPROVALOFPREVIOUSMEETINGMINUTES
AldermanCookmadeamotion to approve theRegular andExecutiveSessionminutes of the
November 3, 2014, Council Meeting as presented. AldermanKupferer seconded themotionwithAldermen
Denton, Straley, Steele, Kupferer, Cook, Lesynaand JohnMetz voting yes. AldermanNovaMetz passed.
APPROVALOFTHEBILLS
Thebillswere discussed at tonight'sBudget andFinanceCommitteeMeeting. AldermanLesyna
made amotion toapprove thebills for payment with the additionof a $500paying agent fee (paying principal
and interest onmunicipal bonds, yearly charge of $500, needed tobepaidbyNovember 20, 2014 andwill be
paid fromMFT funds). AldermanKupferer seconded themotionwithAldermenDenton, NovaMetz, Steele,
Kupferer, Cook, Lesynaand JohnMetz voting yes. AldermanStraley passed.
CITIZENFORUM- none
OLDBUSINESS
AldermanNovaMetz requested anupdateon thehouse locatedonMarket Street which is still
boarded upbecauseof a fire. Mayor Porter stated that the owner has applied for ademolition permit and is
waiting for disconnect fromComEd andNicor. No time frame as of yet. Mayor Porter to look into further;
disconnect of utilities iswhat is holding things up.

AldermanStraley calledaBudget andFinance committeemeeting for December 1at 7:15PM togo
over bills.
