Metz present. Also present wasMayorMickPorter. AldermanStraleywas absent due towork
obligations. AldermanNovaMetzwas absent.
Mayor Porter requested amotion to allowAldermanStraley toattend themeeting via
teleconferencebecause of work obligations. AldermanKupferermade amotion toallowAlderman
Straley to attend themeeting via teleconference. AldermanDenton seconded themotion. Motion
carriedwith 6 ayes 0 nays. Mayor Porter declaredAldermanStraley present. Roll was then called
forAldermanStraley as present.
APPROVALOFPREVIOUSMEETINGMINUTES
AldermanCookmadeamotion toapprove theRegular andExecutiveSessionminutes of the
October 20, 2014, Council Meetingwith change toExecutiveMinutes stating thatAldermanSteele
was absent fromExecutiveSession. AldermanKupferer seconded themotionwithAldermen
Denton, Kupferer, Cook, Lesynaand JohnMetz voting yes. AldermanStraley andSteelepassed.
APPROVALOFTHEBILLS
The billswere discussed at tonight'sBudget andFinanceCommitteeMeeting. Alderman
Lesynamade amotion to addpretreatmentAEPenergy electric bill of $$695.43 and approve all
other bills for payment. AldermanCook seconded themotionwithAldermenDenton, Steele,
Kupferer, Cook, Lesyna and JohnMetz voting yes. AldermanStraley passed.
