Lesyna and JohnMetz voting yes. Entered into ExecutiveSession at 7:55P.M; returned from
ExecutiveSession at 8:37P.M.
AldermanKupferermade amotion to hireZackStetsonas a full timepoliceofficer at a
salary
of $36,772 in accordancewith thepolice contract startingOctober 6. Alderman Lesyna seconded
themotionwithAldermenDenton, NovaMetz, Steele, Kupferer, Cook, Lesynaand JohnMetz voting
yes.
AldermanDentonmade amotion to approve pay increases of all hourly employees an$1per
hour increase. Scott Behrends andMarkNelson a 4% increase. Wage adjustment and increase to
JeannineBlanchette of $50,000 per year effective next pay period. AldermanKupferer seconded
themotionwithAldermenDenton, NovaMetz, Kupferer, Cook and Lesyna voting yes. Alderman
Steelepassed (stated that he is not in agreement with JeannineBlanchette’s adjustment and
increase),Alderman JohnMetz abstained. Motionpassed.
