AldermanKupferermade amotion toenter intoExecutiveSession todiscuss theemployment
and compensation of specific employees of the public bodywith thepotential of actions onmatters
discussed in closed session. AldermanCook seconded themotionwithAldermenDenton, Straley,
Steele, Kupferer, Cook, Lesynaand JohnMetz voting yes. AldermanStraley exited themeeting via
teleconferenceat this time. Council entered intoexecutive sessionat 7:57P.M; returned from
ExecutiveSession at 8:45P.M.
AldermanCookmadeamotion to increasePoliceChief Jeff Cavender’s salary by 4%
effective immediately. AldermanDenton seconded themotionwithAldermanDenton, Steele,
Kupferer, Cook, Lesyna and JohnMetz voting yes.
AldermanDentonmade amotion to adjourn themeeting. AldermanCook seconded the
