Mayor Porter requested amotion to allowAldermanStraley toattend themeeting via
teleconferencebecause of work obligations. AldermanNovaMetzmade amotion toallowAlderman
Straley to attend themeeting via teleconference. AldermanDenton seconded themotion. Motion
carriedwith 6 ayes 0 nays. Mayor Porter declaredAldermanStraley present. Roll was then called
forAldermanStraley as present.

NovaMetz, Steele, Cook, Lesyna and JohnMetz voting yes. .AldermanStraley passed.
