AldermanNovaMetz discussedMr. Billadeau’s emails regardingRedCedar lanes. Mr.
Billadeau owns rental properties that are in total disarray, TheCity has issuedwarning letters. One
house has been taken care of. There is alsoa propertymaintenance issue onRiver Street. He did
not attend recent adjudicationhearing. His point inemails is that theCity is out toget him. He is
angry but isworking towards compliance.
