Roll was called by theClerkwithAldermenDenton, Navratil, NovaMetz, Kupferer, Lesyna
and JohnMetz present. Also present wasMayorMickPorter. AldermanSteelewas absent
because of illness. AldermanCookwas absent because of vacation.

AldermanLesynamade amotion to approve theRegular Sessionminutes of theMay 18,
2015, Council Meetingas presented. AldermanNovaMetz seconded themotionwithAldermen
Denton, Navratil, NovaMetz, Kupferer, Lesyna and JohnMetz voting yes.
APPROVALOFTHEBILLS
The billswere discussed at tonight'sBudget andFinanceCommitteeMeeting. Alderman
Dentonmade amotion to approve the bills for payment with the addition of theVerizon bill in the
amount of $399.48 to come from Line Item 104570.16. Alderman Lesyna seconded themotionwith
AldermenDenton, Navratil, NovaMetz, Kupferer, Lesyna and JohnMetz voting yes.
CITIZENFORUM
AndrewWeybright requested permission to sell sno-cones andpopcorn for the threeGlad
Parades at the south-west corner of theparking lot located onPineandWashingtonnext toNAPA.
AldermanNovaMetzmade amotion toapproveMr.Weybright’s request as statedabove. Alderman
Kupferer seconded themotion. Motion carriedwith 6Ayes 0Nays.
JayKerouac addressedCouncil regarding litigation against Patriot Construction; Mayor
Porter stated that at this point it is still pending and litigation is not discussed in open session. Mr.
Kerouac stated that at last council meeting theCouncil went intoexecutive todiscuss litigation and
he believes it should be public knowledge.
