Thebillswerediscussedat tonight'sBudget andFinanceCommitteeMeeting. AldermanLesyna
madeamotion toapprove thebills for payment. AldermanNovaMetz seconded themotionwith
AldermenDenton, Straley, NovaMetz, Steele, Kupferer, Cook andLesyna voting yes. Alderman John
Metz passed.

AldermanNovaMetzmentioned that theRiver ValleyMetrobus andShowbus goingdown side
streets issue from last Council meetinghas been resolved; thebus seenon side streetswas theShow
buswhich is allowed.
AldermanStraley: Discuss and voteon thepurchaseof Tyler TechnologySoftware. Cost for the
software$10,500 ($6,600one time license fee), additional $2,900 for on site training, renewal/annual
maintenanceon softwarewouldbe$3,274. Approximate cost of $,2000 for twonew computers. Chief
Cavender stated that theability to receive real timebudget numbers is significant inmanagement of a
