Thebillswere discussed at tonight'sBudget andFinanceCommitteeMeeting. AldermanStraley
made amotion toapprove thebills for payment. AldermanDenton seconded themotionwithAlderman
Denton, Straley, Metz, Steele, Kupferer, Cook, Lesyna andPuglise voting yes.

Mayor Porter stated that the July 9ActingOut Theatermight be a conflict. Theywill change if necessary.

Walter Snell –Breast Cancer BikeRide andCar Show. Ride for Breast Cancer event tobe heldat
East River Street parking lot. Would like tohold onMay18, with the addition of a car show. Citywould
helpby posting signs. Theywill set upat 8AM; event will start at 10AM. Taking donations and raffling off
prizes at event. Ride begins at 12PMand ends at 1PM, beverages and sandwicheswill be servedafter the
