Straleymade amotion to approve the bills for payment. AldermanDenton seconded themotionwith

AldermanStraley: Called aBudget andFinanceCommitteeMeeting forMarch 18, 7:15PM,
to go over bills and any other issues.
AldermanSteele: Discuss and voteon purchase of a street sweeper. At last Street andAlley
meeting theCommittee discussed getting ridof bothboom trucks, hopefully to get a latermodel
small boom truck, buyinga street sweeper, downsizingequipment and borrowingmoney from sewer
department topurchase street sweeper. Goal is to get rid of excess equipment. Savings toCity
from less insuranceand storage space. Scott Behrends has a street sweeper he is looking intowith
Standardand needs authorization to purchase sweeper, proposed price for 2008, 950 hours,
