Thebillswere discussed at tonight'sBudget andFinanceCommitteeMeeting. AldermanStraley
made amotion toapprove thebills for payment. AldermanKupferer seconded themotionwithAlderman
Denton, Straley, Metz, Steele, Kupferer, Cook, Lesyna andPuglise voting yes.
CITIZENFORUM
BrandyPepin (Paul Mitchell School) is requesting a tag day inMomence to help raisemoney for
charities. It was stated that onewas done in thepast with agood turnout. Looking for adate inApril either
Friday or Saturday. Daywas switched last year because of weather. Possible datewould beApril 19, at the
following intersections: Dixie-1-17 byShell GasStation, Dixie andSecondStreet andDixie andRiver Street,

AldermanStraley: Called aBudget andFinanceCommitteemeeting togo over bills, for Tuesday,
March 5, at 7:15PM. Discuss andpossibly vote on options concerningAuditor Contract withSikich.
AldermanStraley stated that LouKarrison has retired fromSikichandSikich has agreed to let LouKarrison
take theCity's contract. Last year's pricewill be honored byMr. Karrisonwhich is a $300 savings to theCity.
