Roll was called by theClerkwithAldermenDenton, Straley, Metz, Steele, Kupferer, Lesyna and
Puglise present. Also present wasMayor Mick Porter. AldermanCookwas absent.
APPROVALOFPREVIOUSMEETINGMINUTES
AldermanMetzmade amotion to approve theRegular Sessionminutesof the January 7, 2013,
Council Meeting as presented. AldermanPuglise seconded themotionwithAldermanDenton, Straley, Metz,
Steele, Kupferer, Lesyna andPuglise voting yes.
APPROVALOFTHEBILLS
AldermanStraley stated that thebillswere discussed at tonight'sBudget andFinanceCommittee
Meeting, oneof thebills questionedwas fromTony's repair: It was suggested to amend bill line item 657803,
topay $3,500 fromPoliceDepartment budget nowand pay remaining at next meeting. AldermanStraley
made amotion toapprove thebills for payment as amended. AldermanMetz seconded themotionwith
AldermanDenton, Straley, Metz, Steele, Kupferer, Lesyna andPuglise voting yes.

AldermanStraley calledaBudget andFinanceCommitteemeeting forMonday, February 4 at 7:15PM
togoover bills.
AldermanMetz stated that aWater andSewermeetingwas held tonight, several itemswere
discussed: recent water leaks, update onwater line project (waiting on paper work) and update onpainting
of water tower.
AldermanSteele: Discuss and voteon full-timeemployment for Street &AlleyDepartment. Will
discuss possiblehiring of an employee inexecutive session tonight. Discussed street sweeper at Street and
Alleymeeting last week. AStreet andAlleymeetingwas called to discuss further for 6:45PM, Monday,
February 4.
