AldermanStraley stated that thenext CityCouncil meetingwill beheldTuesday, January22, inobservance
of MartinLuther King'sBirthday. ABudget andFinanceCommitteeMeetingwas called for January22, at 7:15PM
togoover bills.
AldermanMetz calledaWater andSewermeeting for January22, at 7:00PM.
AldermanSteele: Discussand voteon full-timeemployment for Street &AlleyDepartment. Consensus
fromCouncil was tohaveaStreet andAlleymeeting todiscuss this issuebeforebringing it toCouncil Alderman
Steele scheduledaStreet andAlleymeeting for 6:30PMat OldCityHall onThursday, January10, todiscuss hiring
apart timeemployeeas a full timeemployee.
AldermanKupferer: Approveequipment purchase. WhenCityHall bought 2new vehicles, price included
trade in for used vehicles to cover equipment put onnew vehicles. Money for trade inwasn't enough to cover this
expense. Approval of funds needed out of equipment purchases topay for theequipment,money from sales of
automobiles at auction to cover equipment purchases. AldermanKupferer stated that under the recommendation
