Alderman Lesyna calledanOrdinancemeeting forMarch 5 at 6:45PM to discuss potential truck route
withinCity to help preserve streets, business licenses, amend local banks for City deposit, for sale signs on
vehicles and to look into truck ordinance. Paragraph in code created in 1979 talking about contract for public

DEPARTMENTHEADREPORTS
Chief Swanson stated that theCitizensPoliceAcademy has startedand consists of 2groups, about
40 people total. Regarding local improvement committee, police did order signs restricting truck parking on
River Street andmaybe refer them towater tower on south side of town. Speaker phonehas been installed
at Council Chambers - only one person can call in. Still waiting to hear from company regarding auction
sales of police cars.
