          TREASURERREPORT–Treasurer BeckyPeterson stated that BobGuest has beenat CityHall last
        
        
          week and thisweekworkingonWater andSewerAccounts and theGeneral Account.  Hehas beena
        
        
          tremendous helpbut they still haveaway togo.  SoftwareCompanywas helpful inhelping to set up
        
        
          accounts, the set up createda situation inmaintaining and followingof the times of deposits and
        
        
          balancingaccounts.  Suggestions havebeenmade to improve theaccounting transitions.  The
        
        
          organizationof the set up seems tobewhat caused theerrors.
        
        
          MAYORALREPORT  -  Approval of Liquor Licenses:  All liquor licenses andbusinesses have submitted
        
        
          their application andare recommended for approval contingent on final background checks and full
        
        
          payment of any debts owed toMunicipality.  AldermanKupferermadeamotion toapprove all liquor
        
        
          licenses contingent ondebt and final background checks.  AldermanCook seconded themotionwith
        
        
          AldermenDenton, NovaMetz, Kupferer, Cook, Lesynaand JohnMetz voting yes.
        
        
          Approval of hiringaCityCollectorAssistant.  Mayor Porter stated that thiswas an issue for
        
        
          ExecutiveSession.
