APPROVALOFTHEBILLS
The billswere discussed at tonight's Budget andFinanceCommitteeMeeting. Alderman
Dentonmade amotion to approve the bills for payment. AldermanNovaMetz seconded themotion
withAldermenDenton, Navratil, NovaMetz, Steele, Kupferer, Cook, Lesyna and JohnMetz voting
yes.

OLDBUSINESS
AldermanLesyna stated that at last Council meeting, public participation at publicmeetings
ordinance timewas recommended tobe changed from 5minutes to3minutes. Ordinance voted on
contained 5minutes not 3minutes, suggestionwas to leave as is or to change or rewrite ordinance
for 3minutes. Consensuswas to leave it.
