Alderman JohnMetz stated that he receiveda call from a citizen regardinga trailer that is
parked by the sewer plant, around the corner on south river road. He stated that hehas contacted
thepolice department but has heardnothingback yet. Mayor to look investigate further.

TREASURERREPORT–Treasurer BeckyPeterson stated that cash transaction report is not right
for September; shewill see that they are in envelopes by end of week.
MAYORALREPORT
Discuss andVote IntergovernmentalAgreement withMomenceBoard of Education
establishing reciprocal student reporting system. Help to share information betweenpolice
department and schools. Agreement needs approval forMayor to sign. AldermanNovaMetz asked
what recordswould be shared: fights, drugs, truancy, curfew violations etc. AldermanKupferer
made amotion toapprove the intergovernmental agreement withMomenceBoard of Education.
AldermanNovaMetz seconded themotionwithAldermenNavratil, NovaMetz, Steele, Kupferer,
Lesyna and JohnMetz voting yes. AldermanDenton abstained,AldermanCook voted no. Motion
carried.
Discuss andVoteEconomicDevelopment TARPagreement for funding$49,000 designated
toward improvements toMechanicStreet (byMomencePacking, VandrunenandSilvas). City is
seekingCDAP funds and possible grant fromCounty todo this project. Alderman Lesynamade a
motion to approveEconomicDevelopment TARPAgreement. AldermanDenton seconded the
motionwithAldermenDenton, Navratil, NovaMetz, Steele, Kupferer, Cook, Lesynaand JohnMetz
voting yes.
Discuss andVote ondocumentation for Federal participation for engineering services onEast
Washington improvements in theamount of $56,000. IDOT clarifiedagreement withBaxter
Woodmannot LaKotagroup. AldermanKupferermadeamotion toapprove federal participation for
engineering services. Alderman Lesyna seconded themotionwithAldermenDenton, Navratil, Nova
Metz, Steele, Kupferer, Cook, Lesyna and JohnMetz voting yes.
