Franchise feeaddressed basic cable and is to be the gross revenues fromMediacom subscribers.
It is preferred that local municipality agreements are 5, 10or 15 year contracts. Mediacomhas
asked if Council would reconsider number of years of contract to increase from3 to 5 years.

appraised, as aparty is interested in its possible purchase. The cost for appraisal wouldbe $1500.
