Mayor Porter requested amotion to allowAldermanStraley toattend themeeting via
teleconferencebecause of work obligations. AldermanKupferermade amotion toallowAlderman
Straley to attend themeeting via teleconference. AldermanDenton seconded themotion. Motion
carriedwith 6 ayes 0 nays . Mayor Porter declaredAldermanStraley present. Roll was then called
forAldermanStraley as present.

The billswere discussed at tonight'sBudget andFinanceCommitteeMeeting. Alderman
Lesynamade amotion to approve the bills for payment. AldermanKupferer seconded themotion
withAldermenDenton, NovaMetz, Steele, Kupferer, Cook andLesyna voting yes. Alderman Straley
passed.
