Scott Behrends suggested that Council drivearound looking for locationswhere repairs (mainly
patching) need tobedone. Scott tooverseeMFTprogram tohelp savemoney. Suggestedprobability
of gettingbetter prices if thework is done later in the year, lookingatAugust/September.
Chief Swanson stated that there is an issuewith vehicles being repaired in residential areas,
zoningdoesn't allow for profit. Look intoordinance restricting it to light maintenancewithmajor repairs
tobedone ingarage. Possibly restrict ordinance. To look into further.
