Thebillswere discussed at tonight'sBudget andFinanceCommitteeMeeting. AldermanStraley
made amotion toapprove thebills for payment. AldermanNovaMetz seconded themotionwithAldermen
Denton, Straley, NovaMetz, Steele, Kupferer, Cook, Lesyna and JohnMetz voting yes. Alderman JohnMetz
passed.

AldermanStraley calledaBudget andFinanceCommitteemeeting for November 4, at 7:15PM togo
over the bills for payment.
AldermanNovaMetz stated that therewas aPublicWorks (Water andSewer / Streets andAlley)
meeting tonight, on theWater andSewer side there is anend-loader that needs repair or replacement and
utility trucks that need tobe repaired and/or replaced.
AldermanSteele: Discuss and voteon purchaseof equipment. APublicWorks (Water andSewer /
Streets andAlley) Committeemeetingwas held tonight. PublicWorksDirector, Scott Behrends, would like to
get rid of two boom trucks and purchaseanother one; potentially sell by resolution or put up for bid. Needs to
