which iswhyAlderman JackMetz brought it up. MomencePolice officershave always been directed to ticket
these violators. AldermanNovaMetz clarified that four wheelers are not inour ordinance as legal on streets.
Alderman JohnMetz received another complaint about 4wheelers doingdonuts at railroad avenue, then
went right through themiddle of town. AldermanSteele stated that he has had complaints also. Mules and
golf carts areonly legal according to our ordinance, as long as registeredand insured. Officers need tobe
prepared to stop these illegal 4wheelers.

AldermanCook: Discuss and possibly vote on abusiness plan for theHistorical house. Local
Improvementmeeting held tonight, decided to table for now seekingmore information.
Alderman Lesyna: First reading of the annual tax abatement for theAlternateRevenueSource.
Passed yearly, principal and interest arepaidwithMFT funds.

Scott Behrends: The6 inch line onCircleDrive is complete. Last weekmain output linegoing to river
from sewer plant having issues, every joint has rust on it; OK for now, but looking intowhat to do. Should
holdout until spring. Leaf pickupwill begin soon, chippingwill continue.

MAYORALREPORT
Mayor Porter stated that regarding abovementionedgolf cart issue, this is an important enforcement,
also stated that parents need to keep kids off of golf carts. Mayor Porter to definitely discuss golf cart letter
with InterimChief Gessner.
