(B)Whenever anyperson is riding a bicycle, using rollerblades, skateboard or other vehicle(s)
upon a sidewalk, suchperson shall yield the right ofway to anypedestrian and shall give audible
signal before overtaking and passing such pedestrian.
(C) It shall be unlawful for anyperson to operate or drive anymotorized bicycle,motorized
vehicle, golf carts, or ride any animal or cause the same to be ridden or driven upon any sidewalk
in the city. This section does not apply to persons operating a golf cart, garden tractor or other
similar vehicle on the east sidewalk ofDixieHighway fromEastOhioStreet toEast River Street,
or any sidewalk associatedwith a driveway.
SECTION 4:
The provisions and sections of this ordinance shall be deemed separable and the
invalidityof anyportion of this ordinance shall not affect the validityof the remainder.
SECTION 5
: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage, adoption, and
publication as required by law.
