Report to theVillage, City andCountyon an annual basis or as requested by the
Parties, with respect toZone activities, policies, and procedures;

Develop and implement amarketingprogram to inform local businesses and
industries, (aswell as out of town prospects) about theZone and ins incentive
programs;
5.
CoordinateEnterpriseZone programs and activitieswith the various other
planning, economic development and communitydevelopment entities in the
area;
6.
Perform other functions and duties asmaybe stipulated by future amendments to
thisAgreement by theVillage, City, and/orCounty.
B.
Membership. TheEnterpriseZoneAdministrativeBoard shall be comprised of the
followingmembership:

Chairman, KankakeeCountyBoard.
2.
KankakeeCountyBoardChairmanAppointment.
3.
Mayor, Village ofManteno.
4.
Supervisor,MantenoTownship
5.
Mayor ofMantenoAppointment.
6.
Mayor, CityofMomence.
7.
Mayor ofCityofMomenceAppointment.
C.
Terms ofMembership. The terms ofmembership for theEnterpriseZoneAdministrative
Board shall be as follows:
Electedmembers shall serve during their respective terms of office.
If applicable, non-elected appointees shall serve two (2) year appointments.
