(C)NoFees:No fee shall accompany the application for said buildingpermit for a temporary sign defined in the
terms of subsection9-9-3 (L), and (M) of this chapter.
SECTION 7:
The provisions and sections of this ordinance shall be deemed separable and the invalidityof any
portionof this ordinance shall not affect the validityof the remainder.
SECTION 8
: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage, adoption, and publication in
pamphlet form, as required by law.
