          AldermanLesyna:   Shareda statement detailingLGF reductionswhich all municipalities have
        
        
          access to through the IML.  The letter details thepotential reduction in themunicipal portionof income
        
        
          taxes.Alderman Lesyna suggested that Council access the IMLsite to send themessage to theState
        
        
          legislature stating that they areopposed toLGDF reductions.
