Thebillswerediscussedat tonight'sBudget andFinanceCommitteeMeeting. AldermanDenton
madeamotion toapprove thebills for payment with theadditionof aVerizonbill amounting to$269.21
out of general fundandwater fundbecause it is dueDecember 20. AldermanNovaMetz seconded the
motionwithAldermenDenton, NovaMetz, Steele, Kupferer, Cook andLesyna voting yes. Alderman
JohnMetz abstained.

JoeKrause –Knights of Columbus sign request onN. DixieHighway. Knightswould like toput

JohnMetz Jr. fromMetzTowingaddressedCouncil regarding thenewpolice towingpolicy.
Understands it was suggestedbyCityAttorneyStewart Diamondwithany vehiclebeing towedwill be
taken to thepolice stationand stored there. He realizes this is apolicepolicy put inplace. Alderman
Denton stated that she cannot remember discussing this policy. Mayor Porter stated it was an internal
