3-2-27: LICENSEDPREMISES:
The liquor license issued pursuant to this chapter shall allow for the sale and consumptionof alcoholic liquor on and
within the licensed premises only as reflected by the plat or floor plan submittedwith the license application and the
sale or consumptionof alcoholic beverages anywhere elsewithin anybuilding containing said licensed premises is
herebyprohibited and shall be inviolationof this chapter. All licenses used pursuant to this chapter shall allow the
licensee to do business at the licensed premises under one name only.
SECTION 8:
The provisions and sections of this ordinance shall be deemed separable and the invalidityof any
portionof this ordinance shall not affect the validityof the remainder.
SECTION 9
: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage, adoption, and publication in
pamphlet form, as required by law.
