          Scott Behrends stated that the southside riverbank has been cleaned past DocsDrugstore;
        
        
          rest of theway (west) is private property.  Plan is topossibly fill in the bank of the river so it canbe
        
        
          mowed andwill not need to be cleanedevery year.  City has fill.  Two street lights areout, oneby
        
        
          Sammy’s pizza and one downtown, wire is brokenunder sidewalk byCityHall.  Several downtown
        
        
          street lights are failingbecause of linebreakage; wiring is old.  Possibly cuttingout a strip of the
        
        
          sidewalk, vaults becomean issue.  If going to dowork on downtown sidewalks, contract neededwith
        
        
          owners.  Don't want toputmoney intoproject not knowing if it will be demolished todo sewer/storm
        
        
          separationproject.  Solar lightswerediscussed, very expensive andnot as bright, would have to
        
        
          checkwith theStateof Illinois for brightness requirement onState road.
