Thebillswerediscussedat tonight'sBudget andFinanceCommitteeMeeting. AldermanLesyna
madeamotion toapprove thebills for payment. AldermanNovaMetz seconded themotionwith
AldermanDenton, NovaMetz, Kupferer, Cook andLesyna voting yes. Alderman JohnMetz passed.

KevinPost, OperationsManager fromAlliedWaste –Discuss new routingand scheduling for
garbage pick-up. City is currently servicedonadaily business. Insteadof 5days change to2days
(Monday andWednesday pickup) northof River andwest of DixiepickuponWednesday. Everything
else tobepickeduponMonday (east of Dixieand southof the river). Projected start datemiddleof
June. Start time: 6:00-6:30AMwith finishapproximately at 4:00PM. Yardwaste: Tags areneededand
