SECTION2: The terms and conditions of thisOrdinance shall supersede anyprovision
within the ordinances of theCityofMomencewhich conflictwith the provisions of this
Ordinance.
SECTION3: ThisOrdinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage, approval
and publication in pamphlet form, as provided by law.
