(D)This section shall apply to anyvehicle or conveyance not defined in 9-2-1 of the
MomenceCityCode. No individual shall conduct repairs for a business in a
residential district.
(E) Any individual violating any subsection of this section, shall be subject to penalty
as provided in this code and as established in theGeneral Penalty (1-4-1-A).
SECTION 3:
The provisions and sections of this ordinance shall be deemed separable
and the invalidityof anyportion of this ordinance shall not affect the validityof the
remainder.
SECTION 4:
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval, andpublication as required by law
