ANORDINANCE AMENDING
THECITY
OF
MOMENCE'S GENERAL
PENALTY ORDINANCE
WHEREAS,
the
City
Council of
the
City
of
Momence,
Illinois
is
charged
with
the
continued
administration
and
oversight
of
the
City
Code
Book;
and
WHEREAS,
the
City
Council of
the
City of
Momence,
Iilinois
has
established
a
General
Penalty chapter;
and
WHEREAS,
the
City
Council of
the
City of
Momence,
Illinois
desires
to
ensure the
safety and
well
being of its
citizens, inhabitants
and
all
other
pet:sons
within
the
City
limits;
and
WHEREAS,
the
City
Cor-rncil
of
the
City of
Momence,
Illinois
wishes
to
add
Subsection
C to the
City
Code,
specifically
under
a
portion of
the
Code
known
as
Title
1,
Chapter 4,
Section
l,
to
be
titled
"Fee Schedule".
NOW
THEREFORE,
be
it
ordained by
the
City
Council of
the
City
of
Momence,
Illinois,
as
follows:
SECTION
1:
The
following
Subsection is hereby
added
in
the
City
Code
of
the
City
of
Momence,
Iliinois
in
Title
1,
Chapter 4, Section
1:
T-4.L
(C)
Fee
Schedule
LIST
OF FEES
FEES
ARE
LISTED
IN
DOLLARS
Vehicle
Storage
30.00
per
day
SECTION
2:
The
provisions
and sections
of
this ordinance shall
be deemed separable
and
the
invalidity of
any
portion of
this ordinance shall not affect the
validity
of
the
remainder.
SECTION
3: This
ordinance shall
be
in

and after

passage,
approval,
and
publication
as
