ANORDINANCE AMENDING ANORDINANCE
CONCERNING
THECITY
OF
MOMENCE'S
LIST
OF
FINES AND
FEES
WHEREAS,
the
City
Council of
the
City of
Momence,
Illinois
has
established
a
List
of
fines;
and
WHEREAS,
the
City
Council of
the
City
of
Momence,
Illinois
desires
to
ensure the
safety
and
well
being
of
its citizens, inhabitants
and
all
other
persons
within
the
City
limits;
and
WHERBAS,
the
City
Council of
the
City of
Momence,
Illinois
wishes
to
amend
the
City
Code,
specifically
under
a
portion of
the Code
known
as
Title
1,
Chapter 4,
Section
l,
Subsection
B,
titled
"Fine
Schedule".
NOW THEREFORE,
be
it
ordained by the
City
Council of
the
City
of
Momence,
lllinois,
as
follows:
SECTION
L: The
following
violation
is
hereby amended
in
the
City
Code
of
the
City
of
Momence,Illinois
in
Title
1,
Chapter 4, Section
1,
Subsection
B:

passage,
approval,
and
publication
as
required by
law
