Lesyna and JohnMetz present. Alsopresent wasMayorMickPorter. AldermanStraleywas absent
due towork requirements.

AldermanNovaMetzmade amotion toapprove theRegular andExecutiveSessionminutes
of theNovember 18, 2013, Council Meetingas amended (removeAldermanStraley's name from the
attendanceof ExecutiveSession). AldermanKupferer seconded themotionwithAldermenDenton,
NovaMetz, Steele, Kupferer, Cook, Lesyna and JohnMetz voting yes.
APPROVALOFTHEBILLS
The billswere discussed at tonight'sBudget andFinanceCommitteeMeeting. Alderman
Lesynamade amotion to approve the bills for payment. AldermanDenton seconded themotion
withAldermenDenton, NovaMetz, Steele, Kupferer, Cook, Lesyna and JohnMetz voting yes.

OLDBUSINESS
AldermanKupferer discussed semi trailers parking in front of houses onGladiolusStreet by
Baker &Taylor, trafficmanager at Baker andTaylor contactedMayor Porter and is taking care of the
situation bymaking sure semi trucks areparkedwhere they are supposed topark.
ALDERMANICREPORTS
AldermanNovaMetz informedCouncil theWater andSewer purchased a2009Chevy
service truckwith 27,900miles. RickClark is building rails and it should be out on street next week.
AldermanSteele stated that he has been in contact withMediacom, lack of communication
has becomean issue. Scheduled aLocal Improvement meeting for January 6, at 7PM todiscuss
further.
