(F) Permit Provisions.

TheChief of Police or his or her designee is authorized to approve the application for
approved routes. Upon approval and payment of all required fees, theMomencePolice
Department shall issuea permit allowing passage of theoversize and/or overweight
vehicles over City streets. Thepermit shall be specific and contain:
a. Permit number.
b. Thedates thepermit is valid.
c. Whether thepermit is for single, round, multiple or LCO trip routing.
d. Thedescription of object or vehicle to bemoved.
e. Authorized grossweight, axleweights, width, lengthandheight.
