operates in conformity with all applicable laws and regulations. The DesignatedManager shall be the agent of the
licensee and the licensee shall be responsible for all acts or omissions of theDesignatedManager.
3-2-22: UNLICENSEDGAMBLING, IMMORALITYPROHIBITED
A.
No licensee shall permit any illegal, disorderlyor immoral conduct upon the licensed premises.
B.
No game of chance, gambling or gaming device shall be kept or used in any licensed premises unless
authorized by the City Council and properly licensed by the appropriate enforcement agency. Video gaining
terminals may be operated in licensed establishments to the extent permitted by the Video Gaming Act and the
regulations of the Illinois Gaming Board. The licensee of an establishment where video gaming is permitted shall
post conspicuously the license for anyvideo gaming terminal.
3-2-23: PACKAGECONTAINERS;OFFPREMISESSALES
Any licensee authorized to sell alcoholic beverages in original packages for consumption off the premises shall
package said alcoholic beverages only in clear plastic containers or bags so as to allow for the plain view of the
contentswhenbeing transported by the purchaser.
3-2-24: CONSUMPTIONONPREMISES
A.
No liquor shall be sold, offered for sale, kept for sale, displayed or advertised for sale or delivered to any
person except at the location, place or premises described in the liquor license.
B.
It shall be unlawful for anyone not having a licensewhich provides for consumption on the premiseswhere
sold, to offer for sale, deliver or donate any alcoholic liquor for consumption on the premises, or to permit the same
to be consumed on the premises where sold, delivered or donated.
C.
It shall be unlawful to consume or permit the consumption of alcoholic liquor in public restaurants,
catering establishments or other places of public gatheringnot having the appropriate liquor license.
D.
It shall be unlawful for any licensee to sell and/or offer for sale at retail alcoholic liquor in other than its
original package, except for consumptionon the premiseswhere sold.
