Class F: Class F license shall authorize the retail sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption on premises
where food is sold. Alcoholic beverages shall onlybe served at tables or other designated areas.
Nothing contained herein shall prevent any establishment from obtaining multiple license classifications for the
purpose of combining themethods andmeans bywhich alcoholic beverages are sold upon the premises.
A holder of any license which permits sale for consumption on the licensed premises shall not permit any customer
to leave the premiseswith anyopen alcoholic beverage.
3-2-10: TEMPORARYLICENSES
The Commissioner shall have the authority to issue for a fee of ten dollars ($10) a temporary permit for the sale of
beer only; or for a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25) if the sale of hard liquor is included, to be consumed on the
premises at a banquet, picnic, bazaar, fair or similar private or public assemblywhere food or drink is sold, served or
dispensed. Such temporary permit may be issued to a club, society, fraternal or benevolent organization not for
pecuniary profit and shall be valid for a period of not more than three (3) days. Nomore than one temporarypermit
shall be granted to any one organization in any one period of thirty (30) days. TheCommissioner shall immediately
notify the Chief of Police of the issuance of a temporary license, providing all necessary information as to time,
place andmanner such temporary service.
3-2-11: NUMBEROFLICENSES
No license of any class may be issued by the Commissioner unless the City Council has first adopted an ordinance
creating a license of the class to be issued. The number of licenses in each class shall be as set forth below. The
number of licenses of any classmaybe increased or decreased at any time by theCityCouncil byordinance.
ClassA license 7
ClassB license 13
ClassC license 4
ClassD license 4
Class F license 1
