BE ITFURTHERRESOLVED, that the intermittent closure shall bemarked

BE ITFURTHERRESOLVED, that anoccasional break shall bemade in the
Procession so that trafficmaypass through. In any event, adequate provisions
Will bemade for traffic on intersectinghighways pursuant to conditions noted
Above. (Note: This paragraph is applicablewhen theResolution pertains to a
parade orwhen nodetour is required.)
BE ITFURTHERRESOLVED, that theCityofMomence hereby agrees to assumeAll
liabilities and pay all claims for anydamagewhich shall be occasioned byThe
intermittent closingdescribed above.
BE ITFURTHERRESOLVED, that theCityofMomence shall provide
Comprehensive general liability insurance policyor an additional insured
Endorsement in the amount of $100,000 per person and $500,000 aggregateWhich
as the IllinoisDepartment of Transportation and its officials, employees, And agents
as insured's andwhich protects them from all claims arising from theRequested road
closing.
BE ITFURTHERRESOLVED, that a copyof this resolution be forwarded to the
Department of Transportation to serve as formal request for the permission sought in
this resolution and tooperate as part of the conditions of said permission.
