WHEREAS, on
April
2,20A7, the City of Momence
entered
into
and
extended
an
Economic lncentive
Agreement
with
P.F.M.,
lnc. d/b/a
Riverside Chevrolet,
Pontiac,
Buick Sales,
a
copy
of which
is
attached
to this
Resolution;
and
WHEREAS,
the
City Council
has
determined
that
P.F.M., lnc.,
d/b/a
Riverside
Chevrolet, Pontiac, Buick
Sales
has changed its assumed
name
to
P.F.M.,
d/b/a
Route
1, Chevrolet Buick, and
that
it
is
in
the best
interest
of the
City
to
continue
the terms
of
the Agreement
in
the
new assumed name
of
the corporation;
NOW
THEREFOHE,
BE
lT
RESOLVED
by the
City
Council
of
the
City
of
Momence, Kankakee
County, THAT:
The
City
of
Momence acknowledges
the name
change and hereby approves
the
amendment,
in
name
only,
to the
Agreement between
the
City
of
Momence
and
P.F.M.,
lnc.
d/b/a Route
1, Chevrolet Buick,
atl other terms of
the Agreement
to
remain
in
effect.
