SECTION 3:
That Title 8, Chapter 2, Section 1, SubsectionC, titled “
NOPARKING
PLACES;
” of theCityCode of theCityofMomence, Illinois, is hereby
repealed
.

On the south side ofWest IndianaStreet fromYaleStreet toGladiolus
and the north side of FourthStreet fromPineStreet to the first alleywest
of PineStreet.
SECTION 4:
The provisions and sections of this ordinance shall be deemed separable
and the invalidityof anyportion of this ordinance shall not affect the validityof the
remainder.
SECTION 5
: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage,
adoption, and publication in pamphlet form, as required by law.
