Kankakee, Illinois.
I further certify that onOctober 5th, 2015, theCorporateAuthorities of such municipality
passed and approved Ordinance No.801, entitledAnOrdinance concerning combining the
functions of the PlanCommission and the ZoningBoard of Appeals, which provided by its
terms that it should be published in pamphlet form. The pamphlet form ofOrdinanceNo. 801,
including the Ordinance and a cover sheet thereof, was prepared, and a copy of such
Ordinance was posted in the City Hall building, commencing onOctober 6th, 2015 and
continuing for at least 10 days thereafter.
Copies of suchOrdinance are also available for public inspection upon request from theCity
Collector atMomenceCityHall.
