ANORDINANCEAMENDINGANORDINANCECONCERNINGTHECITYOF
MOMENCE’SLISTOFFINESANDFEES
WHEREAS,
theCityCouncil of theCityofMomence, Illinois has established aList of
fines; and
WHEREAS,
theCityCouncil of theCityofMomence, Illinois desires to ensure the
safety andwell beingof its citizens, inhabitants and all other personswithin theCity
limits; and
WHEREAS,
theCityCouncil of theCityofMomence, Illinoiswishes to amend theCity
Code, specificallyunder a portion of theCode known asTitle 1, Chapter 4, Section 1,
SubsectionB, titled “FineSchedule”.
NOWTHEREFORE,
be it ordained by theCityCouncil of theCityofMomence,
Illinois, as follows:
SECTION 1:
That Title 1, Chapter 4, Section 1, SubsectionB is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2:
That there is hereby added to theCityCode of theCityofMomence,
Illinois the following section under and in substitution for Title 1, Chapter 4, Section 1,
SubsectionB, herein above repealed:
