There will be intermittent closures of Route 1 & 17 (Dixie Hwy.) from Washington Street to Fifth Street, for the public purpose of staging 3 Gladiolus Festival Parades.

W. 5th St.- Pine to Dixie, and E. 5th St. - Dixie to Locust
N. Locust - 5th St. to E. Washington St.
E. Washington St. - Locust to Dixie and W. Washington St. - Dixie to Franklin (in front of Momence High School).
